Jim Hillegas, CEBS, Consultant

Jim is a Senior Consultant and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist with more than 35 years’ experience “in the trenches” assisting employers developing their own benefit and retirement packages. His international benefit experience began in New York while working for Aetna.  Jim has worked for large private employers such as The Reader’s Digest and has assisted in the formation of an engineering firm while in Atlanta – providing firsthand experience in corporate finance and human resource issues.  As a result of his extensive and diverse business experience, he is able to empathize with his clients’ needs and concerns and respond in a pragmatic, solution-oriented style.
