Melissa Brean, Business Operations Manager

Melissa is the Business Operations Manager for FAS. She has more than 25 years experience in the insurance industry with an emphasis on Executive Benefits. In a multifaceted role, she is responsible for HR, Accounting/Payroll, Equipment Operations and training as well as Individual Life & Disability Insurance Services. Melissa is a graduate of Heald College and is a recipient of the Bank of America Award in Business. She is currently in the process of completing her RHU (Registered Health Underwriter) designation through American College.
