Phyllis Weingart, CLU, CHFC, CLTC, Manager, Employee Benefits Division 

Phyllis serves as both a Senior Consultant and Manager of the Employee Benefits Division at FAS.  Phyllis’ exceptional experience includes more than 28+ years in the financial services industry with special emphasis in employee benefits and qualified retirement plans.  She’s worked with a diverse array of clients that encompasses business from small regional firms to large national corporations with 7,000 employees.  Her account management expertise includes self-funding, minimum premium, fully insured, and utilization of local HMOs for national clients.

Phyllis is a past president of the Southern California Chapter of CLU & ChFC.  She has also served as a Board Member of Life Underwriters, and she's earned her Certified Long Term Care Specialist Designation.  In addition, Phyllis maintains a current CA Life & Disability Insurance Agent license and holds a Series 6 securities registration with LPL Financial.
